I really don't think Phil is a great defensive-minded coach. He actually said back in 2004 that he didn't hold practices on defense.

He is a great coach. But it is mind-boggling when you see no in-game adjustments and bread-n-butter picks/screens.

My gut feeling is something bad is brewing in the lockroom. This team has all the talents to take it to a level no other team can get, both offensively and defensively. But it is just not happening.
