YM has some

leadership element in him. e.g. his role in Team China. That's probably because of the hugh level gap, and his leadership shows up often, maybe somewhat passively. But that's leadership nonetheless. His problem is psychological. He needs to oepn up a little and sees this club as home just like he saw his Team China or Team Shanghai. So maybe making a bunch of complaint is a good starting point. I hope.
