I reserve my judgment until I see all the facts. If all he did was to leak the info about the existence of the program to the guardian and the Post, he would be a hero in my book. No jury would convict him, because you need all 12 jurors to unanimously vote yes. The jury system is a powerful protection for the citizens. Running to Hongkong, then Russia, and Ecuador is a different story. If he revealed internal works of the NSA, it would again be another story. Before his escape, Obama was in real trouble. They would lose the court case against him. If I was on the jury, I would not convict him, period.  After his escape, I'm not sure. Let's wait and see. Now Obama is starting to win over the public opinion, which is unfortunate. He can turn his back to the Obama administration. But running to Ecuador is turning his back to this country.
