HOA有长期律师。这次HOA就是通过律师出面。 让律师否认了原来HOA给我免责的定论。要求重新付钱seattle.  这种情况，万一小额法庭我输了， HOA会让我付他们的律师费吗？ 谢谢。

HOA said before if i go to court, they will let their lawyer deal with. in case i loss in small claim court, does the HOA possible let me pay the lawyer fee?

as l know small claim court is not allow lawyer there. but i see  a lot of cooperation lawyers there.
