弱弱的求助：目前买公寓当投资觉得适合吗

想买公寓做为投资，我所谓的投资就是指买了有盈利再卖出去，大家觉得目前的实际可以买吗？
因为本人不是很懂得理财，在新加坡也没买过房子，不是很懂
