请教如果孩子感染了手足口症怎么办？

小家伙刚送幼稚园就被感染了，晚上发高烧，一整天都没有吃饭，也不喝水，很怕她脱水，都急死人啦，怎么办呢？有谁知道什么药可以减轻口腔溃疡吗？谢谢
