1.公寓小区里的健身房等设施, 是要单独交费, 还是包括在房租里的? 外面也有会员制的健身房, 有什么区别吗?
2. 新加坡不带屋顶的公共场所, 也禁烟吗? 比如公寓小区花园里, 或者街心花园?
