[nus/ntu master degree]申请，有成功申请PART-TIME的吗？

我想问下，我的DEGREE是 SIM 的 UOW BSSP，想申请NTU/NUS 的PART-TIME MASTER DEGREE BY COURSE，有没有不是NTU/NUS 本校成功申请到part-time master的？我查了一下，如果不是荣誉学位需要考GRE,难道 PART-TIME 也要考GRE吗？唉。诚心求教。
