You are right. Initially the government helps to boost, or at least maintain the housing price in singpore in fear of following the wave of the precipitating USA housing price. Now, observing that such worry never materialized and, on the contrary, housing price keep soaring in a very unusual way, plus the better-than-expected economic data lately, the government will soon be throwing some cool water to the still over-heated property market.
