关于小孩的英文请问

我孩子上新加坡本地幼儿园，英文很不长进，请问这里的家长们是怎么解决这个问题的。我是看到今天我报的幼儿园发问， 有上国际学校的吗？双职工父母时间怎么安排的？那间Eton好像是个本地建得international 三chool，看着不很地道。
