或 “过境不超过15天者”


which means that as long as you go to china for 旅游、经商、探亲访友, there is no limit how many days you can stay in china???


In case that 过境不超过15天, there is no restriction of activities involved while you stay in china???




In other words, 小胖"到中国学习、工作、采访", not in the category of "旅游、经商、探亲访友", thus she can only stay for 15 days without pre-applying a visa.
