Raising target price: We are raising our 12-month target price to
S$3.81 from S$3.30 to reflect the removal of the 20% equity
dilution that was built into our earlier assumptions and to factor in
the sale of a 50% stake in two BOT projects in China. Meanwhile,
we are reducing our reported forecasts for FY05 and FY06 to
reflect the adoption of the earned-through-use accounting concept.
