要不要和housing agent签exclusive contract

我现在engaging housing agent想把我投资的一处property租出去。可是很多housing agent都想让我签署一份exclusive contract，由那个agent专营，不得engage其他agents和any tenant。偶觉得这样的contract只是单方面限制我们owner，而对housing agent没有任何制约，所以不想签署。

诸位专家意向如何？谢谢。
