Well, we can say that corruption doesn't exist in S'pore government, it's under control & monitor by the systems, may not in popular to individual, that are put in place.

It's still early to jump into a conclusion about Bo's career, although his chance for pomotion is slim. He has his career achievements and charisma. Bo was named ‘Man of the Year’ in 2009 in a People’s Daily. The Washington Post, ‘Charismatic, handsome and majestically tall, by Chinese standards at 6-foot-1, Bo has become a poster child’for China's princelings.

Personally, I am impressed by his spoken mandarin that is able to express appropriately in a particular culture or situation via effective communication.  I am not sure if it will be fortunate or unfortunate not having his voices in such a human diversity.
