虽然原来的护照取消了，但以前的身份证可能还有保留，而且还在用。。。有没有问题？

以前很多人也在国内有置业，这样变成外国人后，对于以前的房产需要办理任何手续吗？

在中国置业的本地人与外国人在印花税，交易税，贷款或其他方面有没有不同？
