新加坡小，可以不考虑远近，在偏远地区买个有地独立屋，屋前屋后种花种菜。

条件许可，再在市区买（甚至租）个很小的小公寓，平时上班住住。有空就回独立屋。

完全不必用一大笔钱去抢什么好地段。除非你为了学区。
