First woman charged with homosexual act

A 20-year-old woman and a 12-year-old girl developed mutual affection for each other, after meeting through friends.
When the young girl’s mother didn’t pick her up from school, she would take the opportunity to meet up with her partner at HDB stairwells and motels where they would engage in indecent acts.
Their affair was eventually uncovered by the 12-year old's mother, who then reported the case to the police. The case is believed to be the first in which a woman has been charged for having a homosexual relationship.
The 20-year-old woman has a medium body-type, fair complexion, and sports shoulder-length, straight hair.
The woman was charged with two counts of indecent contact with an under aged girl and with breaching the Children and Adolescents Act.
