新加坡的房价到底怎么了？

看到报纸上反复报道，政府的降温措施得当，房价趋稳。可是现实是房价还在不停的涨，这要涨到什么时候总有停和跌落的时候，本来还想去买房，看现在的样子都不知道该不该进场，谁有什么高见
