急问从美国去新加坡事宜

紧急求助，本人来美国10年，读书6年，工作4年（持H1-B签证），现有新加坡工作机会，想去。请问1）如果从美国直接去新加坡的话除了公司所需的document，还需其他的证明吗？比如在美期间无犯罪证明，因为要到FBI去给鬼子交钱，还需TAKE时间很麻烦，又急着走。2）如日后决定申请入籍新加坡，需要等多久？都有什么要求。
