1。how Cobb bring back that Japanese to reality directly from level3 dream?

2. Japanese got a serious shot in level1 dream, he seems dying in level2(snowfield) dream and looks 100% to be dead. In level3 dream(city area), Cobb managed to find him and he was an old man. My question is, if he is dead in level2, how can he is living in level3? what's those ppl in level3 drem?

3. the chemist(taxi drive) in level1 dream is dead in water, how he is back to reality?
