买屋再问

目前的公寓价格你们怎么看呢？
这次数据处来，分析师分析的结果看很多都是组屋upgrade，原因是他们也担心俺提到的同样问题，怕组屋会跌，公寓还会涨。
俺买房也不是那么急，等娃上学还可以等那么一年两年，但是如果涨，俺现在不买不是损失大了？ 另外也有人判断公寓会跌，政府出政策，中国地产泡泡破等等，如果这样，俺现在买了，不是惨了。你们说怎么办吧。
