Hi everybody, isGrand Mercure Roxy a good hotel pls?

hi everybody, I'm planning a trip via Singapore, where I am going to spend 4nights (5 days)...could any body tell me if the Grand Mercure Roxy Hotel a good one to stay at ? Is it in a good "suburb"? ...Was going to book Shangri La but Grand Mercure Roxy Hotel is offering a much better discount...very tempting
