5000新币能租什么房子

美国待了8年，准备接受一个新加坡的工作机会，不是完整的外派待遇，但是房补有5000，不知道能不能租到东海岸的3室一厅公寓？还有什么别的选择吗？另外，租一辆丰田的佳美每月需要多少银子？先谢谢了
