回复：I've been a couple places:

TODAI is not a Japeses restaurant. It serves Japanese food. But it is a franchise and not opened or operated by any Japanese. They cannot afford classically trained Japanese cooks. In other words, it is like eating Chinese cooked by Mexican in many so-called Chinese restaurants.
TODAI has falied at many locations across US for not having authentic Japanese food.
