dai ma is an international, there is not secret with my cooking..just too lazy to post my recipes. the purple yam ice cream, it's very simple to make it..and healthy, all you need is yam, cooked and smash, if you like add some sugar, ( i didn't) yogurt, or cream and a ice cream maker.
1 medium size cooked yam.
half cup water (you can adjust it urself)
2 cups yogurt or cream
suger if you need
direction:
put the smashed yam yogurt water into the blender, blend it well..then put into the icecream maker. let it do the job.
