《潮起潮落》 and 《黑海上牧场》by H Longfellow and AP

一盘原创黑色的黑贻贝(海虹）菜配上一首黑夜的诗（by Longfellow）会是种怎样的体验？这菜俺叫它《黑海上牧场》，主要因为韭苔狂长不知咋吃，做成这盘组合。韭苔的嫩香，mix 吃是很美味的,  因为正当舌尖对海鲜（黑贻贝）有点麻木时，几口香甜的韭香便是最好的收场，就像牧场上的羊儿找到最嫩的草原时候感觉一样。

回到HL诗上，这是比喻生命周转的诗，那旅客或traveller就是芸芸众生，回到镇里不回岸，不回来，但生命继续着，潮又涨了，像俺的韭苔，一波一波的......

 黄昏转天黑，麻鹬在鸣叫；
 沿着潮湿、棕色的海沙
 旅客匆匆地奔向小镇，

 但大海，那黑暗中的大海在呼唤；
 小小的波浪，用柔软洁白的双手，
 抹去沙滩上的脚印，
       潮涨，潮落。
 天一亮，马的主人呼唤时， 马厩里的马匹跺脚、嘶鸣；
 这一天又回来了，但再也没有了
 将那旅客送回岸边，
       潮涨，潮落。

The morning breaks; the steeds in their stalls 
Stamp and neigh, as the hostler calls; 
The day returns, but nevermore
