感人肺腑的故事，真正的美国精神

一个白人父亲，在自己的爱女不幸去世之后，决定把爱女的器官捐献给医院。爱女的不同器官，拯救了四个不同种族的男人的生命。她的心脏，捐献给了一个生命屈指可数的20岁的黑人小伙。

父亲为了爱女，为了宣传器官捐献的重要性，开始了长达2600英里的自行车远足。在途中，他与接受他爱女心脏移植的黑人小伙相见，两个素不相识的白人父亲与黑人小伙，被爱女的心脏紧紧联系在一起。

相见的场景，尤其是父亲用听诊器在黑人小伙胸前听爱女心脏跳动的画面，让我瞬间泪奔。。。

After his 20-year-old daughter Abbey died, Bill Conner went on a 2600 mile bicycle ride.

During his ride, Conner stopped in Ventress, Louisiana to meet his daughter's heart recipient, Loumonth Jack,Jr.

Jack suffered a heart attack at the age of 20. The Doctors gave him days to live.

Without Abbey's heart, Jack wouldn't be alive today.

Conner used a stethoscope so he could listen to his daughter's heart beating inside Jack's chest.

If you want a legacy - what better legacy could you have than to help other people live?

备注：

考古了一下这个大爱无疆的爸爸的爱女的死因，非常令人遗憾。一家四口去墨西哥度假，女儿与儿子去游泳池玩，喝了度假村的带酒精的饮料，结果女儿淹死在游泳池，儿子差点儿淹死，被救活。

那个饮料根本就不符合饮食标准，里面混有大量的methanol，a chemical commonly used in windshield washer fluid 。
