我用coconut manna 99% chocolate. Coconut manna 巧克力都需要融化先,把瓶子放热水里泡,然后搅拌均匀,分到chocolate molds里,放几个小时成固体时用保鲜膜包着放冰箱过夜。第二天就可以出模了。比例随你喜欢吧,99%巧克力很苦,coconut有点香甜问,刚好调味。我差不多3:1的比例,coconut manna 3, chcolate 1.很好吃,要记得它也有很多热量,不能多吃。:D
