She just has that kind of feeling and is telling her true emotion. I don’t see anything wrong with that. She might have a lot of illusion or expectation from other people but it’s not real and not reachable.  She might not reconcile her own emotional world. I know you wanted to help her out. But accusation won’t help a person. She will defend herself as a result of your accusation. Even when you see a person who use drugs and he might be very painful inside, you just can’t simply tell her drug is not good for him.
