Honestly, I doubt how much truth is in the stories you told as well.

Maybe some truth, some imagined true by you.

But in any case, I do not see any mean spirit in them, so it is fine with me.

The way I see it, you live in a world that you created(imagined) for yourself where love pure. Since you enjoyed it, why shouldn't us?
