股市和房市有一个共同规律，叫“天量造顶，低量造底。”

目前的房屋市场交易是空前的低量。 几乎无人买卖。低量造底，即使在此仍高的价位上。说"人人在谈论房价就要跌"没有任何统计学或逻辑学根据。

似乎美国也在造底。美国股市最近跌的重要原因是美国二手房市场，是68年有统计以来的最低纪录。

但美国在一个向下的大走势上，而中国相反。
