法律普及一下： 在中国何时二奶违法？

二奶违法必须满足以下条件：

1. 知道大爷已婚

2a. 与大爷同居两年或以上 (同居的定义是超过半数的时间住在一起）

或

2b 与大爷举办婚礼或与之以夫妻的姿态与外界交往


大部分二奶不合以上条件， 不构成违法。
