早上吃了什么？我早上吃了oatmeal.

中午吃了什么？我中午吃了一碗米饭，一碗面条。吃饭才想起医生让我少吃米面，多吃蛋白质。就和了杯豆浆，削皮吃了个苹果。

晚上准备吃什么？我还没想好。可能烧豆腐。吃鸭翅对我来说就算犯饕餮罪了。
