I really hope that I can have that kind of feeling. it is amazing to have that much of thought when you are so concentrated in enjoying the sensation from your body.

do the writers alway try to catch the feeling when they are doing things? then how they really enjoy the things they are doing?

I think that there is a difference between what you really feel at that moment and what you think about it after (at the time you write about it).
