He is not in contact again for a week

He is on and off like this, I think I might have lost him.
What do I do? I wrote two emails he is not replying.
He once said you can take this like a joke, but he said sometime I think it would be nice to have a family with you and your daughters.
He pulled me in by that.
Now is on and off.
I am suffering, I could not stand it this any more.
Help.
