哈喽啊, 饭已OK啦, 下来米西吧~

买错了,买了老豆腐了:)



买的雪花牛,买整块的,单价比买雪花牛排便宜,主要是因为便宜很多,否则也不费这事还要自己切. 中午回家腌了,刚才烤了:)


说好了要减肥,所以最近都只吃这样两碗,本来是三碗,争取减到一碗:)
