诚心请教各位大哥大姐

想问一下，我应该怎么办。
我今年二十三，单身，读研，觉得现在一个人挺快活的。有不少朋友，尤其有好几个对我很好的大姐姐。
不过最近有点小烦，因为有两个姐姐好像有点不对劲，其中任何一个如果听说我同另一个单独一起玩就会朝我发点无名火。但我同她们两个关系都很好，她们两个平时SCHEDULE又总不一样，不太可能一起玩。当然我总是尽量争取尽可能多的人一起玩， 但不可能每次都能找到别人。
这两个姐姐都比我大好几岁，一个暂时单身，一个BF在外地。两个都挺PRETTY,如果年龄相当，我会追任何一个，但正因为年龄不相当，我把她们都一直当好姐姐。当然有时候可能开一点点暧昧的玩笑什么的，但大家每次都是一笑了之，否则我也不会继续开玩笑。
最近她们两个都喜欢单独给我打电话让我单独去她们家里玩，我这个人是人来疯，人多的时候什么话都敢说，但单独同一个女生在她家里反倒有点不自在，尤其现在是夏天，她们都穿得很清凉，让我完全装作没有感觉也不可能。可是我真的不想发展出任何暧昧的关系，我这个人其实还是蛮传统的，尤其不会朝好朋友下手，觉得后果会不好收拾。有两次我都找了别人同我一起去，结果好像又弄得主人不太开心。
总而言之就是有点为难，不知道下次她们叫我时用什么理由推脱才不会又惹她们生气。现在我暂时还不想找女友，她们也知道我暂时没有合适的目标，所以这个理由没法用。
