感情求助

男友是美国人， 所以在跨国贴了，想再问一下这儿，实在太迷茫了。

我和男友交往有两年了，我们相处很好也非常相爱。 只是他做过脊椎手术，还有忧郁症。需要一直吃药来控制这两样病情。

他最近提出订婚。我一下子呆了。我不知道我是否能和他走一辈子，并承受他所需要承受的所有的病痛。想的我头痛。
