借用“三步”说法，在你想要迈出第二步之前，你需要问自己几个问题：
如果我现在做了，半年后他/她的老婆/老公意外死了，我会愧疚吗？有多深？
如果我现在做了，半年后我的老公/老婆意外死了，我会愧疚吗？有多深？
如果我现在没有做，一年后查出他/她得了绝症，或者我得了绝症，我会后悔吗？有多深？

要是第三个问题的答案是“会后悔”，而且这个后悔指数大于前两个问题的愧疚指数，我想你迈出第二步的理由是可以理解的。
