普通老外的素质就是比中国人高些...

中国人碰到这样的情况多半是要大闹一场, 老外多半不会, 但是, 一些原则上的事情老外多半是要上法庭闹, 而中国人多半忍气吞声....这就是差距!
中国人不是天生这样, 应该是社会因素造成的...
