默默无闻的鳟鱼百合

鳟鱼百合，因叶子很像鳟鱼而得名。学名美洲猪牙花（英名：Yellow Trout Lily）。但我更喜欢鳟鱼百合这个名字。 

鳟鱼百合，生长在落叶森林或在树林的边缘，喜欢酸性土壤，含有丰富的腐殖质，喜潮湿，在野外一般在树下生长。

 

鳟鱼百合一般盛开在四月或五月，在夏季来临之前凋落。

 

花、叶和根茎食用。叶、根茎和全株药用。传统医学用途：结核性溃疡，水肿，发热，呃逆，呕吐，便血，肿瘤，避孕，等等。
