401K和IRA 不共享限额。pretax 401K and Roth 401K share contributions limit of $23K, plus after tax 401K, these 3 401K , plus employer matching, share the contribution limit of $70k .

IRA and Roth IRA share the contribution limit of $8k. 
具体数字可能有误，每年都变，自己搜一下哈，基本原理是不变的。
