这个是TOEFL/GRE 阅读题啊：

You can withdraw from your 401K before 59 1/2, WITH 10% Penalty, if you satisfy finnancial hardship conditions. 

You can withdraw from your 401K, without any condition, if you reaches 59 1/2.  

You can withdraw from your employer's 401K at 55 WITHOUT penalty and any hardship condition, ONLY when you leave your that employer after 55th birthday.
