但你或者CPA要track. Turbo tax 也会track. 有理财师的话，好的FA也会帮你track. 很多人的IRA里面有pre-tax and after-tax 的$$， 取出或部分转ROTH 时按proportion 算taxable income

不会存在double tax 的情况
