IRA withdrawal has age restrictions. Leverage is also tricky with IRA ownership. 

Do not take me wrong. I am in favor of using IRA to purchase RE. We did one and are in the process of another one. Easier than I thought. For professionals however, it is not very convenient as you have to go through a third party trust for every single transaction to fulfill IRA requirement.
