There is no 红曲米 in mine :))

Just Chinese cooking wine, honey, soy sauce (lao chou diluted with cooking wine, half:half), Tian MIAN Jiang, and regular spices. It is a good idea to add 红曲米, or Fu Ru Zhi for the color. But, the best way is to cook the color out by itself, it tastes better. 微笑
