My best Syrah

After a long work day, picking up a bottle from unknown label, vaguely remembering the red blend of some defect, open it and drink a sip, surprisingly good.
Asked LP to try and she didn’t object. The wine is perfect, the aroma is obvious even at the moment opening the bottle. Almost done w the bottle, I took a deep swift, nothing oddly negative, mixture of vigor, youth, hint of sweet honey, oh, I could die in it. The tannin subdued, sweet remains, lingering thick honey flavor.
I believe it’s the 2021 Syrah.
I shall confirm tomorrow when I am fully awake.

Wine of such quality is so worth to drink or indulge.
