简单的动动脑子，就知道由此得出的结论有多么荒谬

3. More African-Americans are imprisoned

In 2018, African-Americans made up around 13% of the US population, but represented almost a third of the country's prison population.

 

如果由此数据得出黑人受歧视了，这逻辑我实在理解不了。不过奥巴马的确做过类似的逻辑推导。

1. 黑人被枪打死的多，这离歧视的推断有十万八千里之遥。其中有多少是被其他黑人射击的？有多少是被法庭判决为犯罪的？法庭判决为种族事件的案子有多少？据我看到的数据，95%的黑人枪击致死是由其他黑人干的。被警察打死的黑人罪犯只有不到2%。而白人罪犯被警察打死的超过2%

2. 黑人吸毒被捕的比例高，这和种族歧视的结论还有一百万里的距离。有多少是被冤枉的？有多少其他种族的人吸毒不会被捕？黑人吸毒不被捕的话，有多少会成为法外超级公民？

3.黑人入狱的多.同样，有多少是冤枉的？是因为法庭判决太严还是因为黑人犯罪比例高？法庭的判决考虑人种因素了吗？

所以，你生活在美国，你相信美国的司法系统吗？你觉得案人种比例来枪击人，来抓罪犯公平吗？
