You are a big landlord !!! We lost money in this house.

We bought it in 2005, the market was already very high.

We rented it out from 2008 to 2016,  negative cash flow every month.

When we sold it in 2016, the price was lower than we bought.

 

But this was our own residential house, nothing much to complain about it.
