Wish your daughter gets better. My aunt got brain tumor and could not see 10 years ago. She went to Beijing had surgery in Beijing Tiantan Hospital http://www.bjtth.org/Home/ which is the best in brain surgery. She is recovered and does very well. It may help to consult with doctor from this hospital.
